I find myself trying to make a dinner that not only my wife and I can eat, but my daughter will eat. This flatbread is made on my P10 Bradley Smoker using Hickory Blend Wood.

I want all fathers out there to remember the whole point to this day. This is our day to celebrate the opportunity to be a Dad.
