Enchilada Skillet

This “Enchilada Skillet” is made with Smoked Chicken breast covered in the dirty bird seasoning. The flavors in this dish are not your typical Enchilada flavor since I used BBQ seasonings.

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

This tasty recipe was designed to be cooked on the P10 Bradley Smoker. Some of the Bradley Smokers do not get up to 320 degrees F, however the P10 series does. I used my Thermoworks instant read thermometer to make sure these shrimp don’t get over cooked. This is a quick and easy recipe you can use for family gatherings or tailgating events. The Lime/Honey mixture compliments each other perfectly for some savory flavor.

Moodyfoodie Rib

Who doesn’t love the McRib? Although, I’m sure we could all do without the guilt of the high calorie, high sodium meal. This is a great, homemade alternative giving you that same great flavor without a lot of the harmful chemicals! Don’t be afraid to try homemade.

Daddy Daughter Pizza

Daddy Daughter Pizza was so much fun to make with my daughter. I wanted to share this recipe with everyone so you can make it too with your kids. I want all fathers out there to remember the whole point to this day. This is our day to celebrate the opportunity to be a Dad. This recipe is not hard or complicated so you can spend your time making memories with the ones you love most. I will never forget the this day of making pizza as I look forward to many more Father’s Day celebrations. Cheers!

St. Louis Ribs

These St. Louis Ribs were so tasty, and I can still taste them just reading this recipe. This recipe uses the 3-2-1 method; however, you could use the 3-1-1 for more competition style ribs. If you want fall off the bone ribs then use the 3-2-1 method for these St. Louis Ribs. Either option you pick, the recipe is still very flavorful and will be a crowd pleaser.
