Apple Pie

Here in Oklahoma the Summer is already heating up above 100F. No one likes to be cooking pie’s all day in a cool house with a hot kitchen. That’s why I made my pie in my P10 Bradley Smoker.

Now you might be thinking right about now, did he just say he made this pie in his smoker? That’s right! The cool thing about the electric Bradley Smoker P10, is that you can cook with or without the smoke. With the click of a button you can get up to 320F with the smoke option completely optional. At the end of the day I got to make my family a delicious warm apple pie without heating up my kitchen!
