Easy Vegetarian Chili

It’s that time of year again. Except this time doesn’t it mean a bit more? As we close out 2020 isn’t it time to bring back some things that bring us all joy? Well, here’s some incredible chili. So grab your PSL and scroll on down to see your new Target shopping list. Yes, it’s vegetarian. We choose not to put meat in ours for different reasons (mine being medical, my wife’s being taste). I honestly advise you to give it a shot. This chili has less cholesterol than any other you’ll find out there. (Hello no heartburn). So treat yourself, make this chili, bake up some corn bread and let’s all enjoy something that even ol ‘rona can’t take from us. #chiliislife


  • 1 can Chili Beans (Red beans in chili sauce)
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes (diced)
  • ¼ Sweet Onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Ground Thyme
  • ¼ tsp Ground White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground Oregano
  • 1 tsp Vegan Chicken-less Seasoning Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Paprika
  • 3 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 3 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Gouda Powder

Garnishes: Fiesta Blend Cheese, Sour Cream and Fresh Cilantro
