The St. Lucian Rum Punch πŸπŸ“πŸ‡

Taste testing is the best part.

Years ago, my wife and I took a trip to the island of St. Lucia. While we stayed on the Sandals Resort, we also took excursions off the resort. We took a speed boat tour that took us around the island making stops along the way. The entire time they served a drink they called “The Baby Maker” πŸ‘Ά. I remember the first taste was like taking a shot of straight rum. After your first cup, the strong taste seemed to fade away.

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. Tropical Punch minute maid
1/2 cup water
2 oz. Orange Peach Mango Dole juice
1 1/2 oz. Kraken Rum
1 oz. White RumΒ 
1 oz. Rose’s Grenadine syrup
2 tbsp. white sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamonΒ 
1 oz. Brut ChampagneΒ 

Directions:

1.Mix together minute maid and water into a shaker.Β 
2.Add both rums, syrup, sugar, cinnamon, and juice into the shaker. Shake until the sugar and cinnamon has dissolved.Β 
3.Top off with small cubes of ice and champagne.Β 
4. Enjoy!
