Hatch Chile hummus with a side of cheese tray. My homemade hummus has a drizzle of balsamic vinegar glaze and a dash of parmesan cheese. I slow roasted a large garlic clove to enjoy if you want a touch of flavor. I used some Hatch Chile cheese paired with three different flavors of grapes.👨🍳🌶👍
