As an artist sometimes it’s easy to get lost in the big picture of a creation. I like to focus in on the details time and again to get centered. This was a great piece to do that to. This is my Alaskan Mousse Shot. She’s a chilled chocolate shot glass, piped with some made-from-scratch mousse, topped with homemade whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.
With the chill coming off the glasses with my light illuminating on them, I could feel the slight cool trail on my fingers as my camera shuttered capturing the raw, unedited photo you see here.
My wife’s coy smile as I jokingly asked for another taste test warmed me back up and even more so once I saw her reaction from tasting it.
How’s that for detail?
Drooling!
Thank you!
